Hep C wouldn't disqualify you...but... it's possible that any medications you are on for the Hep C could, any meds perscribed must be reported. Also anyone with Hep C has to have an annual liver panel done and the results given to FAA.Can you be an air traffic controller even with Hepatitis C?
There should be no issue. Hep C wouldn't affect your ability to use reasoning and judgement and doesn't impair your senses.
Contact the federal agency which hires air traffic controllers.
