Op amp design based on Controller function help?

I can't figure out how to design an op amp to realize the controller function





C(s) = 10s/((s+5)(s+250))





can anyone show me how to do it? or at least point me to a website that shows similar examples. I've found a lot of sites detailing how to model an op amp but none on how to design it from such a transfer function. Thank you!Op amp design based on Controller function help?
